As companies are given a longer period of time to release annual financials those for VTAL have always been released in mid May. The ironic situation this creates is that 2024 Q1 financials will probably be released two weeks later.
The other puzzling circumstance is that while not much has happened from insiders since 2022 some of them still hold a significant number of shares ....many of which were purchased on the open market. If the company really was fizzing out wouldn't one expect at least some of these shares would have been sold already.
We'll certainly have some indication within a month of what's been (or has not been) happen8ng behind the scenes.
