Compelling article on Screenpro

The following article was published a few days ago and lays out an interesting case for Screenpro. @Arbourmark, I seem to recall a few days back seeing a document highlighting that Screenpro could process some 35,000 clients per week. Would you have better insights into the business case? Projected earnings etc? With no further knowledge I'd assume, ballpark, that a client would fork up approx. $100/consultation (gross) but it would be interesting to know more, including projected profit margins, debt, projected PP (if ant in the near future) etc. Here's the article:. https://www.baystreet.ca/stockstowatch/9872/ScreenPro-Security-Looks-to-Eradicate-COVID-19-Through-PCR-Rapid-Testing

Hi Resilience, I believe they are currently at 10-15k per week currently. Average testing income is $100-$200 per test so let's say $150 which reflects about $2.2M per week or $100M. There is much more upside in my opinion. Testing will be here for years. The float is high due to the existing shell but I suspect reverse split is being considered to get  float to a more realistic float ...more

Thanks @arbourmark. So, in a nutshell, if looking at a conservative 5x P/E the sp should be around $1.50, once a Q or two earnings reports will have been published. Any news between now and then will only help increase general awareness and start building a better informed sp. Today's sp action certainly was somewhat of a rollercoaster...For my part, I decided to take a modest initial position ...more

Well conservatively I think $1.50 is realistic based on annual revenue of $100m and today we hit $1 with a pull back but private placement got in early in the .04 cent range so profit taking considering we have sat since September waiting since September for uplisting. For the record I am long and have a very large position and did not sell a single share. I did have a very large position in DM ...more

Hi Arbourmark, Interesting analysis. I agree with the 10-15k test per week as this is verified from multiple sources: 1. Marshall Gunther with DM releasing the figure of 12k test kits/week on the agoracom interview (remember 100% of ScreenPros business right now is conducted through DM test kit sales) 2. Discussion as per this article indicates Screenpro has the ability to currently conduct up ...more

Hi Kurt, Thanks for the reply, regarding revenue per kit I know exactly how much they sell each kit for, as it was a private company prior to going public and I was a private investor. I suspect nothing has changed since going public. Regarding DM, I think you can see over the past few months news releases have began to slowly diminish regarding testing. ScreenPro is much different then DM and ...more

Thanks for the insight Arbourmark. Based on publicly available information I do stand by my analysis. However, if you are certain of the higher sales price based on your knowledge from when the company was private that prevails. It does being into question why ScreenPro would understate their sales so much on their investor presentation. Unless this is because they simply did not perform services ...more

I believe you will see ScreenPro has their own clients and will continue to grow their client lists where DM will slowly step away from any dealing directly with Covid testing clients and focus on their core business model. I also believe if you research the cost of per testing you will see cost per test range from $100 to $200. Now ScreenPro also provides additional services including nursing ...more
