Was Lena The Most Qualified Candidate?

Did ScreenPro interview other candidates for the ROLE of CEO? Did those other candidates have CEO experience? We know that this is Lena's first opportunity as CEO. What stood out about her compared to other qualified candidates? I would appreciate any feedback about this.

Well, you've highlighted exactly why Lena IS fit for the CEO role. I think she is going to turn things around, her experience looks to be fit for the role according to my findings online. She got the CEO position for a reason...just common sense

Yes I wholehearthedly agree with xaudxi . The consolidation was a punch in a gut and it came out of the blue . However one has to look around to see that the covid testing business model has run its course for now until a new variant shows up and new opportunities had to be expolred . Her position as a CEO is in its infancy and is only just a little over 6 months old . She should be given a fair ...more

I totally agree with you, i also think people on here mentioning "legal action" are acting with their emoitions and not with logic..Lena even mentioned during the webinar they are working on things within the company that won't just happen over night

Is this a stalling tactic? Trying to take the heat off for a period of time? Since Lena became CEO on September 1st, using pre split numbers, SP has gone from .03 to .007. Or post split numbers .30 to .07. That is a fact

So have all the other covid testing stocks . That is a fact . Don't blame Lena . One more thing . I find it despicable and sexist that we refer to the CEO of the company by her first name only and I myself have been guilty of this also in the past . My apologies to the CEO of SCRN Lena Kozovski . I believe the the relatively new CEO Lena Kozovski deserves a chance . I am in it for another year . Staying long . I agree with you. I am in it for another year and staying. Webinar suggested endemic plans and improvements are underway, i think change is coming soon, which hopefully means big revenue and evelation in stocks...giving Mrs Lena Kozovski a chance because she deserves it

Investors are CLEARLY forgetting that the fundamentals don't fit the sp. For anyone who has spent a long time investing there are numerous examples of this and it has only escalated with a watering down of regulations. According to ScreenPro's website, there is information on their management team which highlights their qualfications and background in which Lena seems to be extremely qualified for a CEO position, It states she has over 20 years experience. I agree SCRN is in a transitionally phase right now but that doesn't reflect badly on Lena's skills/abilitly as a CEO.  https://www ...more

I mean, common sense would say of course they looked at other candiates as well, picking a CEO isn't something light...it's a major move within a company...the company making her CEO was for a reason. She clearly has the ability or else why would the company appoint her as CEO? I also doubt they would share their hiring process...an extensive review of her experience is online which ...more

Honestly, I don't think it will really matter who is CEO at this point. With the pandemic winding down I don't think these services have much of a future. Nothing wrong with the company but just wrong sector at the wrong time.
