I have spent the last 24 hours compiling research and sending to my attorney. Thanks to many of you who provided key information along with my due diligence. She believes I have a valid case if this acquisition is completed as is. Yeah all this negative energy here now not exactly sure what law has been broken . The CEO said that further details on the acquisition will be made public . Shouldn't your lawyer wait till then ?

Exactly, i am anticipating this information just like the next person, but The CEO did say that details on acqusition will be made available to the public...just a matter of waiting, also yes, its been a bit of a roller coaster but i doubt any laws have been broken, if they were known for that why would they have gained so many shareholders lol....people should lay off lame bashing

Listen, I have been very civil in this matter. I am putting out the information for those that are interested letting them know that if the acquisition moves forward as previously announced i will provide a link from my attorney that describes the basis for the lawsuit and every shareholder has a choice to join or not. Ok SY3XElon I will keep an open mind and I do appreciate you doing all this work and if there is a proof of wrong doing on the part of the management in regards to this acquisition I will certainly come on board . I anxiously await the financials and that should also provide some insight . As I understand it there were about 25K of tests being done for x amount of months in the film industry and

I agree, the joke they called a webinar answered nobody's questions. They only said what they had decided they would say. FSD PHARMA... AKA HUGE found out you can't bulls@#t shareholders and not pay the price. So will these guys!
