CEO of Add Biomedical Feb 9th

I was looking at Lena's Facebook page. How could she be CEO of Add Biomedical on Feb 9th when it wasn't announced to shareholders until Feb 23rd and not completed until March 18th. This seems like a serious breach of material news. Essentially that says she negotiated terms with herself. I will be filing a complaint with the CSE. This is the level of trust along with unprofitability that is keeping share price at these levels. If your reading this Leba, cute family

I never mentioned managements weight. I was commenting on them keeping revenue going by purchasing their products since we have no idea of actual revenue

Naturevan was acquired in May...it is early June. They mentioned in their NRs that they are working on business/distirbution...calm down...i'm sure your questions/everyone elses questions about this acqusition will be answered soon.

Both sides here are hilarious. Some think management can do no wrong and some bash other users. Focus on the company good and bad, and don't be afraid to recognize management flaws because there are some. Turning a blind eye does no good and those of you that point them out try doing it once or twice not repeatedly. All of you with a stake in this company should want unbiased information and
