I agree eyeScream, people here have OBVIOUSLY never worked in the construction industry. If the schedule showed the project was to be completed on Jan.26 when it started months age and they actually finish the project within a week or two of that date, then they are just lucky. Projects of this magnitude are often full of delays caused by design issues, lack of permits, material delivery, etc., etc. Anyone of which could cause a delay of weeks or even months! Remember, this is a custom built, one of a kind project, so a one week or even one month delay is NOTHING. Id rather have them take the time and get it right!
