What do you mean "MJ play". Please tell me this isn't another penny stock pump and dumper that decided to try an "area play" on Marijuana.
Right at the top of the page it says "Umbral Energy Corp engaged in the business of resource exploration. It acquires, explores, and develops resource properties. The Company's corporate objectives are to search and acquire resource properties." And just over a year ago they were "Trijet Mining - engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral resource properties, including interests in various mineral claims located in Quebec."
Are you seriously trying to tell me this dog jumped from mining to energy to pot all in the space of 15 months?!?! And that it is NOT a pump and dump?! And you want to be taken seriously?
Because that is pretty much the exact definition of a pump and dump.
