This report is not intended to replace the Issuer’s obligation to separately report material information forthwith upon the information becoming known to management or to post the forms required by the CNSX Policies. If material information became known and was reported during the preceding month to which this report relates, this report should refer to the material information, the news release date and the posting date on the CNSX.ca website. This report is intended to keep investors and the market informed of the Issuer’s ongoing business and management activities that occurred during the preceding month. Do not discuss goals or future plans unless they have crystallized to the point that they are "material information" as defined in the CNSX Policies. The Dorval facility of RoyalMax Biotechnology Canada Inc. (“RoyalMax”) continues to grow cannabis and is moving towards sales licensing. RoyalMax has submitted to Health Canada for both processing and medical sales licenses. We are awaiting Health Canada to assign a dedicated case worker to RoyalMax. The Company is moving forward on the Hemmingford facility and its plan to erect a 200,000 square foot greenhouse in the first phase of projected FORM 7 – MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT November 14, 2008 Page 2 total of 1,000,000 square feet of combined greenhouses. The company is also reviewing plans for an outdoor grow on the Hemmingford property. The Company continues to review other cannabis opportunities. 2. Provide a general overview and discussion of the activities of management. Cannabis 2.0 is of major importance to Matica. Management continues to work towards producing edibles. The Company is also preparing for sales of topicals. 3. Describe and provide details of any new products or services developed or offered.
