RE:RE:RE:p.s. @ "coldsoak" ...Don’t know if you’re familiar with the area where the land is situated...some friends of mine bought near by and were told land value has gone up 30 % in the last 2 years so do the math....
i have seen the property at land values now .... they made a great deal...
