the reason is listed as a Cease Trade Order filed against the company.  Did one of the recently resigned Directors spill the beans to the OSC??  Maybe a disgruntled investor finally reported them?  Or is it more likely they just yet again missed another filing date?

LOL, looks like once again they couldn't manage to simply file their Financials on time, was supposed to be last week ... might have something to do with the new CFO resigning after only 4 months, makes you wonder what she saw.
