This is getting sad, I really can't believe it.   I don't understand how things are going so pooly for the share price and overall market cap........what did I miss?

I hear ya.  They have to come out with some kind of news with substance to it....otherwise I fear this is headed lower. My worry is their sales have really leveled off or even dropped.  They haven't been saying much. However, they do typically do their best sales in the last two quarters of the year.
