Thanks for your reply Wever1974.  Just wondering how you calculate the O&G Royalties?  Here's my analysis-  JR from the other board mentioned months ago he thought the net revenues subject to the royalties from each well would run about $28 million per year.  I haven't bothered to do my own calc on the net revenue per well but instead just using his net revenue number $28 x 3/16 x 5% x 24wells /3.  =$2,100,000. net to WSTRF.

3/16 is the royalty rate
5% for the 160 acres participation
24 wells total
1/3 to WSTRF and 2/3 to plaintiffs as indicated in the January 6 news release.

If you believe my calculations are wrong please show me how.
