with nearly $10 million in the bank once the warrants are converted.   And another $1 or $2 million/yr in O&G royalties therefore there won't be anymore dilution.   Just wish Mgmt would get the ball rolling on the milling approval for the ablation technology.  Then the milled ore can be rail shipped to any mill in the US or Canada cheaply.

There are 4 yrs of warrant ( 4 separate placements ) all way in the money. Much more money than you are understanding . Oil and gas revenues should be many multiples of your assumptions. No more dilution and the tight share structure ,SP should be 1 of the best plays in sector. Recent inclusion into ETF all but gaurantee outstanding outer performance. CEO GG led UUUU to a 55x. 2005-2007   He ...more

Thanks for your reply Wever1974.  Just wondering how you calculate the O&G Royalties?  Here's my analysis-  JR from the other board mentioned months ago he thought the net revenues subject to the royalties from each well would run about $28 million per year.  I haven't bothered to do my own calc on the net revenue per well but instead just using his net revenue ...more

Hi       royalties are obviously pure speculation at this point . To my knowledge to date 8 wells have been completed .My understanding is next 8 wells being started late 4th quarter. Final 8 wells are a option. Completing all wells obviously based results of 8 then 16. JRV speculating based on NEAROLOGY. Hopefully he is 1/2 correct. Like you I based my assumptions on his ...more

Looking at UUUU presentation I don't see where they can draw ore from to get WMM up to 50% production.  2% mill capacity for REE won't do the trick.  UUUU sold some non core assets with milling agreements but these were non core assets so probably not likely to be able to get into production for years.  What if uranium price is $60 in six months time, where will the ore come ...more

Nothing much has changed to my previous comments below.  Now would be a good time for UUUU to offer a stock swap for WSTRF.   UUUU first nine month revenues only $1.5 million.   Where they gonna get the ore to fill up the WMM at least to 50% capacity for the next couple of years?  Six months to a year from now U price likely to be close to $100/lb.  UUUU sporting ...more
