Why the long halt?

I have to assume that the way I am being deprived of access to my Exeblock investment through the trading halt (now over 6 months) is legal but is it conscionable?  Could this be a deliberate freeze of the stock price ahead of taking the company private? Can a company even go private under a trading halt?

To be honest, that is great news!  Oaro Tech has Canadian Government contracts now to work on their nuclear energy and other projects and already is dealing with airports and other large oganizations!  This is the best possible news in my mind.  I only hope the shares can get up to at least a $0.40 to $1.00 point within the next year.  Any timeframe on the conversion?  (I ...more
