Rumor has it...DEA moves cannabis to Schedule 3 on the controlled substances list before MARCH. Biden's state of the union address is like mid March, assuming he remembers to show up, and it certainly sounds like he needs a "win" to talk about.
Obviously, that announcement would not directly impact XEBRA brands...but the indirect or implied benefits are obvious...to me in any case.
