Trading at Half Cash Value Prior to Qualifying Transaction..Not too many investors here that don't understand what's happening, but for million$man's sake, I'll try and explain.
Cash value per share is currently $0.95 with next to zero burn rate.
A qualifying transaction would only add value to the underlying assets, which at present is $0.95 cash.
Depending on the business XCX pursues, it can only add value to the current share price. NOR invested at a post consolidated price of $0.88, so surely they will try and get the best for shareholders and that will bring value to the company.
When the QT is announced. I would expect we move up rather quickly as very little shares are held by retail. There are after all, only 3.5 million outstanding shares. JMO
