Dividend.......Going private

This one still rarely trades so why would a fund buy in , with such poor liquidity ?

Going private would be a logical answer..

they announced a .02 dividend last yr when 2008 YE was released, theyve paid down their debt now so they could easily increase the dividend to .05 this yr, we should know when the 2009 YE is released (normally around end of April or first of May if theres no dividend then my guess is their going private and theyll keep the cash to help with the buyout of minority shareholders ...more
