This means they shifted the assets to another company with no benefit to the shareholders of ZAD. ZMC now holds the asset as they are no longer connected to ZAD/XRA..they essentially sold them off for potentially the value of $28k which would be of no benefit to shareholders and any consideration probably would have ended up in the treasury for salaries and *fancy dinners*


id suggest for current XRA holders to get out on the next spike... you can't trust a company that provides no shareholder support, a tech company that can't seem to keep their website up (its now back online after being down for almost two weeks) and a supposed $16million company that can't seem to make filings on time. 


Shareholders, this company isn't worth the rollercoaster ride you will experience. The management is out to get YOUR money and do nothing with it other than live lavishly...
