I don't think Nick Tintor knows what the hell to do with this company so why would shareholders buy stock in this dog.

I bought the $0.005 round that when rolled back is now $0.05 with a full warrant. Stock is bid today $0.13 - I call that a very nice trade of +200% when you add in the in the money warrant value. I see they just announced a $0.075 unit offering that closed yesterday and hear it's all whos who on the street who bought it. So someone seems to like what they are doing at SILV. Don't know the ...more

They just posted on SEDAR that is closed. Fully subscribed. Stock is trading at $0.13 on skinny bids, but that's still a big lift to the $0.075 unit offer price.

Based on the closing of the PP it seems the company now has slightly over $1 million in the treasury but the question investors should ask Nick Tintor or themselves is what happens with the money going forward. When the stock trades at 12 or 13 cents that is equal to the cash value but we all know the cash will be spent at some future point but the question is how will it be spent.

But it's trading close to triple the cash value if you add in the current shares issued to the capitalziation. Did I do that right? About 24 million shares outstanding? So Tricky Nicky has something ...more

This is Nicks explanation for the capital raised, "We intend to preserve the money and seek out other opportunities".

Well he sure got that opportunity. I am hearing that this is a loaded deal with all the cannabis whos who in it and also in Caracara. Major financing being put together by a syndicate. Just too bad this will stay halted now until the deal is done, probably later this year. But I bet it would be trading well above $0.15-$0.20? That's my target from my inerpreatation fo the deal terms and the ...more

It appears that Nick Tintor has moved from the mining business to the drug business.
