Amateur trader or sabotage?

Very positive update yesterday. Share price rose as expected

Today it opens up at .40 and then a CIBC trader sells 5500 shares for .30, .28 and then .22

Novice trader or somebody really wants to keep this down by giving away their shares at criminal levels.

I think I know which way I'm leaning.
