I'm voting No on Item 3, special meeting, Dec 15 2007

I'm voting No on Item 3, special meeting, Dec 15 2007I've just read the Voting Instruction Form for the Annual and Special Meeting.  Although I don't often vote for these, I suggest people take a look at Item 3--increasing the number of shares reserved under the stock option plan.  I'm voting No because I feel that insiders have, over the past few years, issued a huge number of shares and options to themselves at very favourable prices.  I feel that the cummulative effect of various past actions has been to transfer an excessive amount of equity away from the average minority shareholders to themselves.  This is just my opinion; I'm not very informed; and it's possible that I'm mistaken, so if anyone feels that I am wrong, I encourage them to post a correction with an explanation.  Thanks.
