simple question
"The Company also wishes to announce that it has granted 1,275,000 stock options to directors and officers of the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Permatech Electronics Corp., exercisable at $0.10 per share for 5 years."
for doing what, exactly? I see no news on anything.
I have owned shares for well over 2yrs, not a peep on Permatech.
regarding the contract with Conversance, we signed a contract with them, and they're doing all the work.
