From what I've gathered, Naser Bin Butti Almheiri bought in the January private placement. In the last month or so he's sold off ~10-mil in shares. Just looking at the daily volume and the SEDI reports, he's about 50% of the daily volume most days right now. In my opinion, this is what is pushing down the share price right now. That and the fact that there are ~12-mil in warrants unexercised that expire on December 15th (exercise price of $0.10).
