Have a bunch, obviously people from revious Private placements are selling into this new round? Anyone have any insight as to what they bought in at in the last round?

Back in Jan 2017: 177.4-mil of common shares at $0.20 March 2017: 25.2-mil of common shares at $0.50 From what I've gathered, Naser Bin Butti Almheiri bought in the January private placement. In the last month or so he's sold off ~10-mil in shares. Just looking at the daily volume and the SEDI reports, he's about 50% of the daily volume most days right now. In my opinion, this is

Some of the warrant holders may want to make a quick buck by exercising their warrants at $0.10 and selling them at market price to make an easy ~350%. These were issued as a part of a private placement back from December 15th 2014. Keep in mind back then MPX was still called Canadian Bioceutical Corporation and there primary source of revenue was two trademarked ingredients to be used in the

Well put, thanks for that. Was a bit unsure when the best time to average down would be but definitely wanted to see what happens with those warrants.   Whats your take on the guy from dubai constantly dumping his ~45mill shares? (down 10mill from 45mil so far)

We could probably speculate all day as to their motives for dumping there shares at this pace, but I honestly have no clue. It could be a simple as he wants to cash out a % of his holdings or is in the process of re-balancing Al Sidra's portfolio. Based on the SEDI reports he's about 50% of the daily volume on some days, so this is definitely contributing to the downward pressure on
