RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MPX and IAN merger 30% upside. My understanding of the deal was 30% for shareholders. I also understand that amounts will be adjusted at close to reflect this? i may be wrong there ill try and find were I heard that from i belive it was in an interview with MIDAS? Also there was some unknown information that cant be disclosed untill close date with regards to MPXI that put a smaile on the CEO,s face haha. Hes the interview im refering to. Forward to 3.15 and watch for a min. He said the shares will be adjusted to reflect the original deal at time of closeing based on share prices at time of closeng of the deal. the original deal was 30% so i dont see that changed?
