BCC to Report 1st Quarter Profit?!?

Wonder when BCC will be reporting their 1st quarter revenue?  Wonder how much it will be?
Excited to see, based on their aquisitions, if their 1st quarter has been profitable.

Does anyone have an idea of when they would be reporting 1st Quarter Financials?

I'm thinking first quarter revenue is to be dumped on the forthcoming acquisition. I'd not hold my breath on financials report as its overdue already and BCC has not ever released financials openly through Neutraceuticals. One would expect BCC to want financials reported yet I've heard of the inability to be able to reach reps at BCC for question. I've phoned myself only to get

Terra Tech is not really making any money, so i doubt that BCC is.  will have to wait and see.

t.weed - Canopy is operating at a loss and has half a billion market cap. The Arrizona operations BCC aquired were generating revenue. c.bcc - If BCC is profitable this first quarter, what should BCCs market cap be? Will anyone care if BCC is profitable and growing?

Was BCC truly honest in their constant LOI's the last year? Transparent in releasing earnings rather than hide at Sedar only to read that 'someone' had looked over the financials and all was good? Like the little boy who cried wolf.... Some things never change. A report to earnings should have been out long ago. Why would next quarter report expected be any different? Delisted to the

stockbull72, I think you should change your name to stockbear72. If you don't like this company why do you follow it?  Maybe you are tyring to get short or are short. The 1st quarter just ended; March 31, 2017.  It's not a surprise 1st quarter reporting isn't out yet.   If I were a betting man, I would suspect 1st quarter earning would be out within the next few weeks.

I will assume (though not a good thing at anytime to assume) That you still be holding onto your shares while they've dropped since finally being back on the board after a year 'Halt' I invest to make money and take risk accordingly. Risk was buying into at 13 cents. Reward was selling at $1.03. Prior to any acquisition BCC one could not get hold of for answers. I'm pretty sure I

What is also exciting is BCCs earnings will be in US Dollars.  Not sure if anyone has looked but the Canadian $ is getting crushed at the moment.

That's a given, but why then did BCC not report on 4th quarter earnings of Newco after the acquisition? Those earnings were BCC's to report on from what I gather. Of course I could be wrong though I did not see anything to the effect upon acquisition for holding back earnings.

The transaction closing was mid to late January 2017 so they could not report revenues in the 4th qtr.
