Merger
Does anyone know when the last day to buy MPX before the merger goes thru? I want to load up one last time before they merge.

Well I do recall for voting Dec 4 was mentioned on my email. But it seems that MPX shares turn into iAnthus shares automaticly. Each MPX was .1673 shares of iAnthus Plus .1 shares of MPX International You had better ask your broker though.

The vote is January 19 if I remember . . . so anytime before you would be OK . . . Good luck!!! As long as you can buy MPX it will be convert . . .

I just got information about the merger today in the mail. For every share of MPX owned you will be granted 0.1 share of the new company.

Where will iAnthus/MPX be priced? Where will the MPHI be priced? Any guesses?
