justwin et al, My un derstanding of this question is not perfect. It relates to the time when the Prov. of Man. sold their 49% int. to Anglo (HB predecessor). At that time CAA held 62/3% NPI. The problem is that CAA was somehow blocked from taking up their share of the Prov. of Man. 49%. I don't know the facts of the money payments relating to the Province's sale. Some people are arguing that CAA should have had the opportunity to participate , pro rata. There are others who will have the complete answer. Come on out guys and tell us what you know. GRIZZ
