RE: RE: CAA Share Price
RE: RE: CAA Share PriceAs there was little value in CAA's market attached to the spin-out, the share price should not be affected.
In fact, one can make the case that the share price will increase.
This is because CAA will no longer have exploration expenses, which will double free cash flows which will accelerate the rate of royalty acquisitons and will transform CAA into a pure royalty play.
As to the spin-out, I have some questions.
We will get one share for each 4.5 CAA shares.
This means the shares o/s of Callinex will be about 10 million ?
The initial NR stated that Callinex would get $8 million in cash plus 500,000 shares of CAA.
The most recent one did not refer to the CAA shares.
Do we get any ?
If we do and if the s/o is 10 million, then the hard value of Callinex would be about $1 per share to which the gold properties are additional.
If correct, Callinex would trade significantly above the $1 level, depending on investors opinion on the value of its 5-6 properties.
I assume that sometime very soon, they will provide the record and ex dates
