Restricted Share Units
Restricted Share Units Can anyone explain to me how these RSUs work. I note that both Butler and Irwin excercised rights to acquire RSUs on Jan.3 . Then they excercised the right to convert those into common shares. I don,t get why they get thses RSU,s to begin with and how many do they have and are they going to get more every year. They haven't done much to earn this sort of "bonus" so they are just feathering their own nests.
