All good valid points.

One thing though, the stock can have 7 million warrants from the first private placement at 10 cents also exercised and sold as of 12/16 making the potential float 23 million as of next week. 14 million potential shares in the money when the stock is trading 100-200k a day now.

Of course with the right news and assuming the private placement is oversubscribed the investment and other details should be forthcoming soon (hopefully before the stock comes out).
