i see 800 000 in liabilities - 500 000 payables and 300 000 in long term debt easily payable over the next 4-5 years - and management quoted as saying cash flow from operations will account for any acquisition costs... 500 exisitng clients in a good nat gas area - will be interesting to see the opportunities that arise from integrating respective technologies... I'm certainly adding in here...saw that tech storage in the states trades at about a 10x multiple - and we are somewhat tech storage - so we're at fair value until this acquisition is digested then we are worth .15 a share and trade at $1.50...
