Insider Sales 51,100for what its worth yesterday 51,100 were sold. will check sedi periodically to see who it was. I'm voting no on oct 27th. that being said, it is interesting that they announced the deal 2 days before the 2 Colorado conferences and that the New Orleans conference is the week before the Monday the 27th vote... strategic for sure... if there are no other bidders (highly unlikely especially if price is below $3.79, or the $205 million), then the good news is "it ain't worth any more right now" I suppose... I also do like the fact that it's not an all-cash deal, that way you can spread your share sales out over time to help on the cap gains... I do believe in the end there will be a deal whereby shares in a "NewCo" are issued, or a royalty, or something to get a "NewCo" going...
