RE:Core&Main Partnership

RE:Core&Main Partnership New here and considerting investing.

1-2% is speculative and would be very high for licensing a software tech. If it was this high... wouldn't it make better business sense for Core & Main to simply buy Infinitii outright at a market cap of 6M? Awesome if it was this much... I'm thinking at best, revs are tied to future Core & Main revs - more likely a subscription licensing deal. To understand the impact of this deal to Infinitii's bottomline, we need to know what "providing their tech means". What are the details? Cost per seat, transaction, site, unlimited user license, annual subscription license, maintenance, custom work, upfront signing $... until this is known the $ in the deal is a big unknown until we eventually see $ on rev statements. Without details it is impossible to forecast revs and future value of the stock.

I'm always a little wary of deals that tout the accolades of their deal partner... but provide little details of how they will earn money from it.

I like what infinitii is doing. Agreement with Core is a big validation of their tech for sure... it would be great if they would share the deal details with us so a reasonable valuation can be derived.
