I am inferring that you are either in the U.S. or that you have friends in the U.S. who invested in CUBE alongside you. 

Just to add my two cents' worth, I would make the further point that, even if the U.S. listing were to be delayed for a bit, the new-company (spin-off) shares would be likely to be distributed into the brokerage accounts of all CUBE holders at approximately the same time.  If there is a delay in the assigning of a U.S. trading symbol for the new shares, the security code (an "ISIN" code or something like that) would allow the brokerage to trade the shares.  So the only inconvenience that I would foresee is that an electronically-placed order (whether to buy additional shares of the new company or to sell shares in the new company) might be impossible until such time as an over-the-counter trading symbol is assigned.  In such circumstance, a telephone order at a higher commission might be incurred.
