Complete lack of information by companyThis is a situation that is completely UNFAIR to shareholders. The withholding of information does affect the stock price and puts shareholders in an unacceptable position. From information published on the internet but NOT by the company includes the following. We all know that a battery was just shipped to Romania, Bushveld states in a report just the other day that their due diligence regarding Enerox is complete, Bushveld stated that they were just creating another company named Bushveld Electrolyte. On another note Cellcube is known as the finest large scale battery in the world, etc. So I can only assume that by keeping stockholders or potential stockholders in the dark that in itself will drive the price of Cellcube down, resulting in an extremely poor outcome for all stockholders.
