Dave, your email to Enerox was forwarded to me.  I understand your frustration with Cellcube, I took over late last year to try and salvage some value.  We have a deal in place to sell Enerox, although the plant has been shut down for several months now due to Covid which is severely impacting the value of the company given the current environment.  When there is something material to disclose to the shareholders we will issue a press release.  The stock continues to be halted as we have not filed the required financial statements due to a lack of funds to do so

How much money is required to complete the 2019 and current financials ? Can Cellcube do a capital raise or a small private placement , We need to get these questions asked , Don’t be surprised if Bushveld launch a off market take over , it would be far cheaper for them saving millions , and eliminate all the due process procedure and have clarity Great effort to everyone’s contributions on this
