CellCube still owns Enerox?

There is a chance that CellCube still owns Enerox. CellCube never received any money or consideration for Enerox, a highly valuable company. Also to destroy a company from within, wouldn't it require stockholder approval? Also, if anything, Enrrox would be part of the assets that were pledged for the so called debentures.
