"In connection with our last press release dated August 4, 2020, Cellcube has been actively in discussions with our debenture holders with regards to monetizing the assets of the company due to the security they hold over the assets. Cellcube is pleased to announce they have come to terms with the debenture holders. Cellcube has sold their full investments in both the vanadium assets (the ...more

CUBE without any assets could be interesting only to ELEF ( its 100% subsidiary- Vanadium Nevada) as a shell for parking to its combined vanadium assets ( Gibellini+Bisoni) as part of future spin off. https://www.nevadavanadium.com   otherwise i don't see any reasons to buy a single share of this stock without assets but anyway currently valued at $10M.  i guess it could have ...more

my opinion is that bushveld want our u.s vanadium spot for a while , elephant must be something that they held behind the scene. this transaction was looking like  a a mafia transfert of asset (no one one trust no one) now it done let see where enrox will finish his day....

Forget  cube assets. Everything is sold "Cellcube has sold their full investments in both the vanadium assets (the Bisoni-McKay project) and its remaining stake in Enerox and the full proceeds of the sale will be distributed to the Debenture holders"

i dont think so , enerox was a 4 step contract with a buy back possibility for cellcube  at a ridiculous price . bushveld didnt pay the 12 millions euro, the fking 4millions debt is a complete scam setup i stand on my position. we had pay 10 million euro for enerox , i dont think we sold all that for 250 k without anyone in jail...

So basically shareholders receive nothing. All this goes to debenture. It was very fashionable back in 2018 and 2019 to do debentures, I think they did over 15 million in that. Money goes to pocket of all the brokers who brokered the deal in Canada. Brokers get their 8% and then its off to the next deal.
