RE:Non canadian resident share holder - no rightsI’m positive you will recieve your complete rights to participate 
in this offering. Perhaps you’ll need to perform a bit of DD
by contacting your broker. Even the Big Discount Brokers 
(TD, etc) MUST be aware of the situation & will help you.
