 i'm sure the documents have been filed. now the securities commision has to review them.  believe me, they
are in no rush to complete such a task.  a three month wait is very normal.
 as for a  drop it is usually pi$$ed off people such as yourself that accomplish that. not that i blame
you for being angry its just that emotional reponses in the market usually are fruitless. there is no 'getting even'.
 
it seems like europe is reflating. all my juniors are way up today. would have been nice for cfo to start trading on such a day.  shouldn't be much longer.
