Low CFO price due to computer program Well, I was thinking that someone had to be brain-dead to be selling stock at these levels, hitting the bid each time, guaranteeing a lower and lower price for his stock. It turns out I was half right. It was a brain-dead computer program spitting out automatic 100 and 200 share sell orders for the last 90 minutes of the day. The seller with the the brain-dead computer program was represented by house 123, Citigroup Global Markets.
