It is quite long and I don't have the time to translate it all. The CEO is named a few lawsuits with a previous shareholder, which is or was a government sponsored enterprise. Basically accusing the CEO schemed to steal the capital from it to form CFY. The case might be under the Supreme Court 's review. The company should enjoy favorable term on debt financing on its projects since the government is again planning to boost GDP figure with targeted monetary stimulus and infrastructure programs in selected industries, and the ongoing positive regulation changes in the energy sector. If this has been addressed, I would like to see the source and sorry to mention it again... Thanks!
