Good quarterly numbers, back to the norm.
CC call to come along with 3 cents dividends and NCIB.

Mountainbiker, what do you think about the future.  We were earning close to 0.20 cad a share, had 30-40M  CAD in cash and now after this strategic move, we are down to about 0.10/share annualized and have 8M in cash, plus are getting diluted 10M shares.  This green infrastructure sound good, and i bet it will flow cash for years, but how do we get back?  The margin of safety ...more

HI Tickbom. I have been following this company since IPO. I have met managment a number of times at their AGM. The Integrated energy is where the bulk of growth will come from. With infrastructure projects in its early days, there are always delays unrelated to company's execution.  Once they get one going, others will follow. Once the NCIB begins, according to the company's conversation at the AGM, the fair value/book value  is $0.80-$83 cents a share.

Well book value isn’t really a good proxy for value.  The intrinsic value is based on cash flows not book value.  Are you saying that they want to do buy backs below that number?  These buy backs programs are so limiting in micro caps due to low volume... so I’ll be happy if they are able to buy back a couple million shares...  I don’t really care about the price.  I care ...more
