''High profile address'' and ''so much potential''....and ya' got it for a song!! 500,000 shares and $250,000 over 5 years....either the optioner is a complete rube or it's just anther piece of moosepasture to promote. Sometimes there's a reason why something is a bargain......rather anticlimactic after the long wait and all the promise!!
