There is another way to catch such posters with a very simple and a common trick that can be noted on all their posts going back several months to years for any company. If you look at their post "View or Read count" versus a regular post by regular people, you will note that it almost always has several times or several hundred times higher view count higher than a regular post put up by a normal person trying to have a genuine dialogue about the company.
One has to think why that is so, why suddenly so many people are interested in reading their post versus 99% other post. Hence, this can only lead one to believe these possibly could be paid posters or bots employed by smaller companies to create false information for companies to manipulate their stock value for their benefit. I could be wrong on this but do notice their view count on all their posts and see for yourself.
