So, once you said that there is no way CNL gets the permits. First thing you gonna be wrong:)

I like your comparison with Red Eagle, even if their project is a joke in comparison with CNL. Nevertheless I would be pretty happy if CNL shares start a similar performance like Red Eagle. Red Eagle share price is up about 300% since they got their permits. So I would say CNL between 10-12 CAD would be quite nice for CNL shareholders:) 
Of course, now you come up with dilution. Dilution is almost priced in. Even if we end up with 230-240 mio shares fully diluted, CNL is still cheap,even if we get to 6 CAD. 
Dont forget, there are many million inferred ounces not included in the feasibility study, and there is a huge potential to find many million more ounces. Just look at the numbers. And guess why there were so many illegal mining:) 
Even management does a great job. Best investment in the junior gold sector.
