But it makes more sense making a buyout offer when most investors expect no buyout, doesn't it?
Makes it much cheaper to do the buyout. Never buy when everybody expect a buyout. I bought most of the shares around 1.5 CAD. That was the time, when everybody expected that it is not possible to get the permits.
Thats the way to invest.
