Today's release is nothing short of impressive and yet the stock is down? I've never seen such high grades from such a large sample....But yet the stock is down?
Make way for MINESA folks....They are coming after you with guns a blazing....Do you have the balls to reject one massive premium to the current share price? You had better! You need 1/3 from disinterested shareholders to reject.
Take a look at the absolute soap opera going on over at Eco Oro (EOM). MINESA may be forced to move in there as well on a hostile basis to try and at least oust the current board. The ownership structure is different there as there are bigger shareholders who can reject a deal very easily where CNL does not have the luxury.
