Pretty good assessment of the situation. Those like Newmont and Barrick can execute this application process over the long haul with the French system and bring credability. Would ease pressure high level politicians from Mainland France who support the project. (Marcon and buddies) Barrick needs to start adding to reserves again after a rough time. Gold industry in the doldrums and could really use them at the bottom of this market.
